Shipping Policy

All orders will be consolidated and shipped from the UK to the designated port, and then distributed by SF Express.

To facilitate customer pickup, all products include shipping fees, and are available for pickup at SF stations/SF lockers or can be delivered to your home.

Orders are shipped from the UK every Tuesday and forwarded to SF Express upon arrival at the port.
Estimated delivery time is 7-9 days.
Applicable areas: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.

2. Shipping Information

After placing your order (shipped every Tuesday from the UK, forwarded to SF Express upon arrival), you can expect delivery within approximately 7-9 working days, excluding public holidays.
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In case of holiday peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, shipping may be delayed.
Once payment for the products is confirmed, please provide your name, address, and contact number.
Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to sign for the package. The store will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information (phone number, email, or address) that may lead to undelivered or lost packages.
