Return Policy

Return and Exchange Procedures

1. Outlet Products / Sample Sales

All outlet discounted products/sample sales are off-season items that have been removed from specialty stores and sold at lower prices in outlet stores. These products may have minor defects, such as slight oxidation or minor scratches. Our buyers will select the highest quality items possible. Unless there are significant defects, discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered. If there are issues, a receipt can be provided to seek maintenance at the brand’s specialty store.

2. Department Store Products

Department store products are brand new and are inspected by designated personnel. Customers can request photos, personal delivery, or SF express delivery. Once the products are received and checked without issues, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If there are problems, a receipt can be provided to seek maintenance at the store.

3. Return Policy
   a.Returned items must be unused and free from damages caused by human factors. If the store has notified you, please keep the original         packaging intact (including the outer box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

   b.Returns cannot be accepted in the following situations:

  • Returns exceeding 14 days after receipt.
  • Items that have been unsealed and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
  • Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices and accessories.
  • Malicious or bulk returns.

4. Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm return eligibility → Prepare the complete product → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → The store will arrange for logistics to collect the item.

5. Refund Policy
a.For credit card payments: Upon confirming successful return, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
b.For bank transfer payments: Upon confirming successful return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanged items must be unused and free from damages caused by human factors. If the store has notified you, please keep the original packaging intact (including the outer box); otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.

7. Exchange Process
When both you and the store agree to process an exchange, please handle the return under the original order and place a new order with the store. Our company will only issue an invoice for any differences in cost, and collect or refund those amounts as necessary; if there is no difference, no further action is required.
